The Bells Rapids are a series of swift water features that are poular with whitewater paddlers when the river is in flood, with many obstacles to catch the unwary.
Get some training and have the right gear, before attempting to paddle hear when the river is up!
At times of low water there are numerous shallow swimming pools to relax in.
