Mainly paddle open (canadian) canoes.
A small jetty/landing and picnic spot approximately half way between Sues Bridge and Great North Road/Hut Pool. The river and rapids between Sues Bridge and this location are grade 1. There are significantly more raids in the ~5km downstream of this acccess point and they are in my opinion grade 1 to grade 2- .(I'm still relatively new at judging rapid grades).
Note although this location is used for camping, downstream of Sues Bridge you're in the Augusta/Margaret river shire which does not allow "free camping".
Access via AWD/4WD from Denny road, turn off is on the left at 34° 4.217'S 115° 21.136'E. The track is a mixture of sand with some mud in winter. Turn left again at the fork located at 34° 4.740'S 115° 20.800'E. Parking for 4-6 cars approximatley 30m from the river further up the bank (access is limited for turning around). It is possible to drive all the way down to the river but the access route is quite steep, only go down if you're sure you can get back up.
There are no facilities at this location.
