Parking (50+) cars, some trailer parking,
Shady trees, access to lake off beach, drinking water available, public toilet available 6.00am to 6.00pm, outdoor gym equipment available in park, BMX track adjacent to Reserve
Short drive to cafes and restaurants on Port Road, shops at Port Canal Shopping Centre (5 min drive)
Inexperienced paddlers may find conditions above fresh (17 knots) with S to SW wind challenging.
Always check wind conditions prior to departure and for the duration of journey. Avoid paddling when a cold front passes as wind direction and velocity may change
West Lakes Canoe Club is located at Aquatic Reserve along with Paddle SA.
