Hawthorn Lane

Reserve at the end of Hawthorn Lane provides access to the river.   From the reserve a small track leads to a narrow steep walking track down to the river immediately downstream of dangerous weir.   The track can be slippery in wet conditions.   There is only a small eddy at the access point but there are other small eddys immediately downstream.
