                        Access on the river is the left hand bank near the footbridge across the river at the junction of the Gulpa Creek & Edward River in Murray Valley National Park. The bridge provides access to ‘Hazelwood’ which is a private property surrounded by National Park.
Tent based free camping is permitted along the river bank in the National Park. Toilets, picnic tables & bins at Edwards Bridge campsite. No facilities elsewhere in this section.
From the Cobb Highway 23 km south of Deniliquin, take the dirt road into the forest at the Gulpa Walliston Road. Follow the road into Gulpa Island over Barkers Bridge then turn left at Junction Road. Continue to follow Junction Road & turn down Hazelwood Road to the river.
