Willoughby’s Beach is on the approach to Deniliquin. 2km downstream, close to the National Bridge is a boardwalk section of the Beach to Beach Walk. It has ramp access to the Visitor Information Centre. McLean Beach Public Reserve is a further 2 klms downstream. All access points are walking distance from the CBD. Free camping is permitted at Twin Rivers Reserve & Willoughby’s Beach (left bank) in the Regional Park with fire restrictions during summer months. There are no facilities at Twin Rivers or Willoughby’s Beach, but there are Public toilets in CBD, Visitor Information Centre and at McLean Beach Reserve. Vehicle access to the river is at the Twin Rivers boat ramp via Finley Rd. (Riverina Highway), turn right 3 km from the north Deniliquin roundabout. Willoughby’s Beach is accessed via Memorial Park Road. Follow the river road past the netball courts & showground pavilions.
