Phillips crossing Lachlan river below Cowra  is a small park maintained by the Cowra Council.
Very popular with the youth of Cowra as a swimming area.
 Access is from the North Logan rd into Phillips crossing rd.  approx 15mins from Cowra. 
Provides accces/egress to the Lachlan river below Farleigh Beach before Kennedys reserve.
Original site of Evans first sighting of the Lachlan in 1815.  Monument at turn off to mark thesite.
3 picnic shelters, rubbish bin, no toilet, no water. A good long beach with grassy banks, which is a popular swimming and picnic spot. Lovely big River Red Gums. Long steep bank to get from beach to picnic area and cars.
