Access Point Description:

Access to the junction of the Macintyre and Dumaresque rivers through Toomelah Aboriginal Community - google Toomelah Local Aboriginal Land Council (LALC) for latest contact details - permission must be sought.
Vehicle track ill take you to the river where the banks are basically cliffs - head upstream till you get to the junction and there is one spot where you can drive to a beach below - the one spot is marked by an old, half fallen-down wooden slab hut.
The junction is pretty, with a sandy/gravelly beach and shallow, wide river channel..
No facilities whatsoever, and do not attempt immediately after more than a few mm of rain - this is black soil country!
