Access Point Description:
Surfside Beach faces south east but is generally calm as it it located some distance inside the Batemans Bay entrance. Notwithstanding the name, there is no surf. Good sealed car park with a short walk to the water for an easy kayak launch. No other facilities there. Toilets in Korners Park at the northern end of the Batemans Bay Bridge, a short drive away. Everything else you might need can be found in the town of Batemans Bay on the south side of the Bridge.
