Trips departing Glenworth Valley offer paddlers the opportunity to explore the unspoilt wilderness of Popran Creek as it meanders its way through Glenworth Valley. As you glide down Popran Creek you can choose to either explore the peaceful upper reaches of Mangrove Creek or head down stream onto the magnificent Hawkesbury River system.

- Kayaking: All kayaking tours are fully guided and include kayak, personal flotation devices (PFD) and paddles.
- School Holiday Adventure Max Camp: During the Spring school holidays, Glenworth Valley Outdoor Adventures is offering Adventure Max Camps and Horse Riding Camps. The Adventure Max Camp is a fantastic way for children to participate in a range of outdoor activities including laser skirmish and kayaking and following with their choice from abseiling, quad biking or horse riding.
