Yamba Kayak and Adventure Tours is a small company specialising in low impact eco-friendly adventures with a relaxed approach. They are committed to providing you with a large range of kayak tours and kayak hire of the highest quality.
Owners and operators Paul and Anne Commerford grew up on the Clarence River and love the outdoor life. Paul has paddled and explored most of the Clarence River estuary. His knowledge of local history and bird life is extensive.
Kayak hire includes delivery of kayaks to your paddle site (within five kilometres of Yamba). Receive a full paddle brief including setting up, maps of the area and suggested paddle areas. PFD (Personal Flotation Device - life jacket) , paddles, dry bag and sponge provided.
Tours
- Kayak Tours: An extensive range of tours are available around lakes, islands and beaches inside the mouth of the Clarence River as well as ocean trips. Fitness required ranges from no fitness to reasonable. Tide and weather conditions determine where the tour will paddle on the day. The tour guide will give instructions and a safety briefing before you start to paddle.
