Inland Waters Accommodation

Gerties provides access to the water in the back reaches of Wyangala Dam.The Bush camping areas are remote camping with limited facilities. These provide Bush camping and allow access to the upper reaches of the dam and the Lachlan and Abercrombie Rivers. They are via Oakey Creek Road and include Markham’s, Oakey Creek, Quart Pot and Gertie’s camping areas among others. These areas may require 4WD to access.
