Sea Kayak Australia was established in 1994 and is based in Melbourne. Sea Kayak Australia undertakes kayak tours, kayak courses and kayak hire around Victoria.
Sea kayaking is unique, adventurous and environmentally interactive as you get to see dolphins, seals and eagles at close quarters in a tranquil setting. It is a great way to see the countryside and experience something new.
Kayak hire is located 300 metres from the Yarra River in Abbotsford and located close to public transport via bus or train. Kayak hire is available all year round. A kayak trolley is provided to transport your kayak down to the river. You can paddle into the city from the hire location or take a leisurely paddle for a few hours. 
All kayak tours include kayaking gear, sea kayak guide, historical commentary, drinks and gourmet lunch. Sea kayak tours are a great idea for birthday parties, corporate events and schools excursions.
Half day tours are located in the City, at St Kilda beach and Williamstown. Full day sea kayak tours are six hours duration (four hours paddling time) and are located at Sorrento and Phillip Island.
