Regarded as a leader in adventure education and nature based tourism Southern Exposure offers a host of programs such as Surf School, Mt Biking & Kayaking, event managers the Run Forrest Trail Run and provides camp logistics to 250 schools & universities across the country.
For the past 19 years, Southern Exposure has been recognised for its expertise in conducting Surf School, Sea Kayaking and Mountain Biking activities on the Surf Coast and Great Ocean Road Region.
We conduct the activities in accordance with the license conditions, ensuring the wellbeing of our clients is an absolute priority.
We implement a broader educational framework, which imparts a sense of responsibility and accountability to our clients and employees when in the natural environment and visiting the Surf Coast & Great Ocean Road regions.
In 2012 Southern Exposure became Eco-Tourism Australia Certified. As a leading outdoor adventure company we are committed to minimise the impact of our operations on the environment.
Our team of highly trained professionals are recognised across the industry for their expertise in the areas of Surf School, Kayaking and Mountain Biking.
In 2012 Southern Exposure established the Run Forrest Trail Run in the Otway Ranges town of Forrest. This event brings approximately 3,500 people to this small community over the June long weekend and is one of the major contributors to economic growth of the town at present.
Southern Exposure Pty Ltd was established in 1997 and is owned by Bindy & Mick Sheehan.
This year Southern Exposure will organise Adventure Education & Nature Based Tourism Programs for more than 15,000 clients from Australia and internationally.
