Denmark Riverside Canoe Club

Description:

Welcome to Denmark Kayak Club
Facebook
The kayak club ethos is non-competitive, flat water paddling for enjoyment, exercise, and fun.  The club conducts paddles on Wednesdays and Sundays and these paddles are weather dependent.
Members are required to provide their own equipment and are responsible for the transportation of their kayaks to and from launch points.  Equipment should include the following:
- Kayak or Canoe
- Paddle
- PFD (Personal Flotation Device aka lifejacket)
- Wet bag

The club conducts regular paddles on Wednesday evenings on the Denmark River from Spring through to Autumn.  We meet at the Riverside Club ready to be on the water by 5pm.
Our Sunday paddles cover a launch area of anywhere from the Walpole region in the West around the coast to as far as Bremer Bay in the East and start at 10am with approximately a couple of hours paddle, a stop for lunch and paddle back to the launch site.
