Description:
The river is tidal between Putty road and the Hawkesbury river at Skeleton rocks Reserve. The river widens and is much deeper than upstream of the Putty road. the river is still fairly remote with high snadstone clifts for part of the trips and riverbanks are a mixture of good native vegetation and weeds. therr are power boats in this section but there is a 4 knot limit. Lunch spots are limited as all the easly accessed river banks is privately owner.
