Description:
The launch from Mystery Bay is generally reasonably calm but this paddle requires a surf landing on Bar Beach, North Narooma. If you are passing by or leaving a car at Bar Beach, take the opportunity to have a look at the surf from the Beach. Launch from Mystery Bay and paddle north past beaches and headlands to finish at Bar Beach. Just before landing you will pass the bar of Wagonga Inlet. Stay well clear, the bar is hazardous. Toilets, barbecues and picnic tables at Mystery Bay and behind Bar Beach. Primitive camping at Mystery Bay (fees apply).
