Description:
The river widens and starts to meander through farmland and slows down with the occasional rapid and so is mainly flat water.
Hazards:
Willow growing into the stream from the bank can be an issue on this section
Upstream of Running Creek railway track has been used to stabilise the river bank and bed. These should be avoided.
