HCC Long Course to Brooklyn

RACE START: Macquarie Park, Windsor river left beside the Windsor Bridge. At the park there is beach access to the river. Public toilets. Within walking distance to Windsor township. Checkpoint “A” is within Cattai National Park 12.4km from the START. Public toilets, BBQ facilities. NPWS fees apply (with the exception of the afternoon of the Classic when fees are waived) Riverbank access to river. Checkpoint “D” is 31.2 km from START. It is located on Sackville Ferry Road, Sackville beside the car ferry crossing. On the day of the Classic the checkpoint is located within a privately owned ski park. Classic and Dash landcrew have access to their paddlers at this Checkpoint. Checkpoint “I” is 65km from START and is located at NSW Water Ski Federation Ski Park, River Road, Wisemans Ferry. Riverbank access and launching ramp. This is private property. Public access is available a further 2.5km downriver. The “Wisemans Dash finishes at Checkpoint “I” Checkpoint “O” Spencer (Land) is 98.5 km from START and is located on Wisemans Ferry Road, Spencer. RACE FINISH: 111km from the START and is located within Deerubin Reserve, Brooklyn. Public toilets, boat ramp access, sealed car park
