Description:
Use Valentine as an access point, however any number of other access points could be used on Lake Macquarie - all marked on the Guide. Explore the shoreline and paddle north to the Speers Point along Warners Bay. Refuel at a coffee stop or cafe on the esplanade and head back to Valentine to save on car shuttles. Or paddle on to Cockle Creek Access point where you have previously left another vehicle.
