A rocky creek through open farmland that crosses the Waterfall Way near the junction with the Armidale-Grafton Road. 
Like Majors Water, the trip starts with meandering through continuous grade II rapids in open farmland with a few rocky grade III rapids and fence portages before reaching the spectacular Black Gang Falls. Black Gang Falls is one of the more spectacular waterfalls in this book with the water launching nearly 20m over an overhanging cliff into a huge pool. It can be portaged with relative ease. 
Below the confluence with Majors Water, there is one particularly interesting, rocky grade IV slide.

Gauge and level:Visual from Waterfall Way. If you can paddle the rapids near the road, you are good to go. This run requires a lot of water and is hard to catch as it is so high on the catchment. As a rough indication, the Nymboida@Nymboida electronic would likely be above 4m and the Guy Fawkes@Ebor electronic gauge would be above 1.2m.
Put-in:Bridge where Waterfall Way crosses the creek approximately 8km east of Ebor.
Take-out:Where Goddards Road crosses Little Falls Creek, approximately 5km west of Hernani. It is better to park here than the next bridge over the Blicks River as the landowner near the Blicks bridge is not welcoming to paddlers. 
Shuttle:Easy 2WD. 20 minutes each way via Waterfall Way, Armidale Road, Marengo Road and Goddards Road.
