SPECIAL POI: Cockle Creek, Bobbin Head, Navigable Limit

Almost at the navigable limit (at high tide) of the north west arm of Cockle Creek near Bobbin Head (if you have a short craft with shallow draft you can push through a little further when the water is high) . This is a nice short paddle, good to combine with a trip up the south east branch of the same waterway. Access is easy from the Bobbin Head car park and the area is well sheltered and calm, great area for kids to paddle as there is no powered boat access in this creek.
