There are several grade 4 rapids in the stretch below Faulconbridge Point which should be inspected. Good rapids continue until 1 km upstream of Woods Creek where the white-water finishes. There are 6km of flat-water paddling to the finish point. This section of river offers a true wilderness trip and some magnificent scenery presents itself in the deep sandstone gorges
