Description:
ThisĀ is a shrt section of the Warragamba river downstream of the Warragamba Dam is a small weir. you can paddle up the warragamba river from either Penrith or the junction. but only to the Weir as upstream of the weir is schedule one land and not open to the general public. This is a flat water paddle but care should be taken not to paddle this when NSW water has advised it is doing a draw down on the dam level. The river runs through a narrow gorge.
