Reids Flat is a very small village with out any support to visitors. you must be self sufficient.
River at bridge often stops. Bridge pool above bridge. small rapid below bridge. River above Reid flat often has no water in mid summer. Below Reids Flat at the worst no water but normally little flow. Full Wyangala brings stored water to within a few kilometers of the village. Photo Shows The Lachlan stored in Wyangala some 35kms below Reids Flat
Rieds Flat is the village you pass thru travelling to the camping ground at Grabine on the Wyangala storage. all dirt road to Grabine.
